Their pioneering engineering and beautifully considered design have helped elevate one of the most undervalued moments in daily life: the humble shower. We help Mira bring that ambition to life in words – across brand, product, UX and campaign copy that makes their performance, quality and experience feel unmistakable.

 

Website relaunch

We rewrote Mira’s website from the ground up – spanning brand and campaign pages, product detail pages, checkout journeys, UX copy and transactional email series. The job was to make every moment feel joined-up and premium: from big-picture inspiration to practical decision-making, technical product detail and the small-but-crucial messages that help customers complete a journey with confidence.

Tapping into a growing home wellness trend, we helped launch this refreshingly new showering experience – without making it feel niche, intimidating or overly technical. We carefully balanced wellness culture and precision engineering to create a clear, desirable proposition: energising benefits, simple explanations and a human sense of why the product feels different.

For Mira’s ESG report, we brought a genuine community story to life without falling into the usual language of corporate responsibility – crafting copy with humanity, clarity and engagement. We drew out the people, places, partnerships and practical actions behind the work, showing Mira’s real impact around its historic Cheltenham home and beyond.
