Tone of voice

We started with in-depth consultation with partners to help define the tone of voice and messaging. This involved virtual meetings and face-to-face sessions in Geneva and Zurich to shape a voice that was distinctive, original and reflected the firm’s brand values and reputation for excellence.

Website

Once the framework tone of voice was agreed, we began the process of writing fresh content by applying the tone to all key website sections. We gathered information in a variety of ways ranging from multi-participant online calls through to emailed questionnaires to make sure we had the right messaging in the right order. We then wrote bright, dynamic content and managed the project workflow – from client review to authors’ corrections and sign off using a real-time project management platform.

Lenz & Staehelin’s striking new look and feel have further strengthened standout for ‘the World’s Swiss law firm’.
