It’s not all fun and games

PlayStation Network may be about online community, fun and games – but Sony takes their customer communications seriously. Much of their audience are young, tech-savvy and sceptical of marketing. So it was important to get the tone of voice just right: engaging, but not overly salesy.

Ink has written a number of PlayStation’s e-newsletters – to promote all their exciting games, downloadable content, offers and news, as well as PlayStation Network’s many other features and functions. And, to maximise the email open rate, we have produced an array of compelling subject lines.
