For state-owned or public sector companies, absenteeism can be a big problem. But together with Bright Blue Day we helped develop a novel solution. The in to win campaign gave Royal Mail workers the chance to win one of 12 cars if they went for six months without taking a day off. Supported by posters and DM the campaign increased attendance by 10% - or 1000 extra staff in work, each day.
