Keeping brokers in the loop

Our first project for Zurich was writing the content for their internal broker magazines. Then we moved on to their monthly newsletter, covering a wide range of topics that would interest brokers in particular fields.

Writing the newsletters involved interviewing senior staff and getting to grips with all the elements of the insurance world. From engineering to personal accidents and travel, it was an opportunity to show the company’s expertise in a host of insurance sectors. The results were very positive, with a 10% uplift in brokers going through to Zurich’s Broker Zone website to buy into new schemes the company was offering.
