We worked closely with Santander at a crucial point in their development. As they drew together Abbey, Bradford & Bingley and Alliance & Leicester, we gave them a single, strong tone of voice.

Bringing a new, consistent tone to Santander involved writing their copy style guide and refreshing their customer-facing literature. By far the most intensive element was streamlining over 800 pages of web copy into just 350 – without losing any of the key messages. Careful account management and constant communication with the client were essential to making this project a success.
