A tone of voice with staying power
Premier Inn asked us to develop a single, strong tone of voice for their organisation. We audited their literature and stayed at their hotels, before producing guidelines that expressed their brand.
We’ve since worked on various communications including a mammoth website project, refreshing the copy for all of their hotels. Our team gave every one of their 700+ hotels its own descriptor, each one had to be clear, accurate, with a touch of play and charm.
