London & Country asked us to develop their tone of voice while refreshing a suite of letters to make them clearer and more customer-friendly.

That was just the start. We’ve now worked on projects such as video scripts and tone of voice training – which has also included spoken word training, helping staff at L&C make one of life’s more complicated subjects much easier to understand.
