Reaching a global workforce
Leading Dutch bank ING has a truly global presence with employees spread across four continents. They asked us to write their internal magazine, aimed at making sure all employees were truly engaged with the organisation.
We worked closely with ING’s editorial team to make sure the magazine reflected their strategic aims. The resulting bi-monthly publication, Matters, brought out the personable side of the company, along with in-depth studies of the challenges they face within their sector. It proved very popular with staff around the world, ran for over a year and only came to an end due to the 2008 financial crisis.
