Supporting brand advocacy

Aldermore asked us to refresh their website and get their copy working harder for their business. After that we developed a series of customer communications, as well as an intranet site for employees.

From lending to borrowers denied by high-street banks to championing an idea-sharing culture within the company, Aldermore is a bank that’s set out to do things differently. They wanted their copy to reflect their enterprising spirit – and that’s where we came in.

After refreshing their web copy, including incorporating relevant keywords, we worked on a series of communications promoting savings accounts to SMEs. We then turned our focus to the company itself, helping to create an intranet site where employees were encouraged to share their achievements, ideas and goals. The resulting site helped establish strong brand values and increase employee advocacy for the bank.
